Experimental Law Variations for Youth and High School Rugby
Recently the International Rugby Board (IRB) promulgated Experimental Law Variations (ELVs).
On August 27, 2008 the USA Board of Directors approved modifications to the ELVs for youth and high school rugby in the USA.
