FLAG RUGBY 7s
Flag Rugby 7s is a free-flowing game that allows all players to pick up the ball and run. Everyone touches the ball and everyone can score. Teamwork is a key element to success and is emphasized along with a high level of sportsmanship. And it’s fun!

ROOKIE RUGBY 7s
Rookie Rugby 7s is the introductory game of contact rugby. The rules of the game are designed with safety and well being in mind. You'll learn the basic skills of passing, catching, running with the ball, overall game concepts, and much, much more! Participants must positively contribute to the game to the best of their ability, as teamwork, sportsmanship and camaraderie are the guiding principles of rugby.
